MAJOR FUNCTIONS: Primary responsibility with assigned coworkers, to prepare standardized recipes including station setup, cooking / processing, and service of menu components. Completes records as directed, trains and motivates staff, ensures quality and quantity, ensure customer satisfaction within budget.
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS: 1.One year experience as kitchen manager, supervisor or executive chef. 2.High school education; English and math skills. 3.Possess current state Manager?s Food Service Sanitation License. 4.Can lift 25 pounds frequently; work on feet 8 hours. 5.Successfully pass a drug-screening test, if required. 6.Legally be able to work in the United States. 7.Desirable; AAS degree or equivalent in culinary or food service management.
