|Position Description:||Midwest Kosher summer camp seeking experienced Executive Chef & Food Service Director to oversee kitchen. June 1-August 16, 2010. Institutional experience a must. Competitive salary. firstname.lastname@example.org|
Primary responsibility with assigned coworkers, to prepare standardized recipes including station setup, cooking / processing, and service of menu components. Completes records as directed, trains and motivates staff, ensures quality and quantity, ensure customer satisfaction within budget.
1.One year experience as kitchen manager, supervisor or executive chef.
2.High school education; English and math skills.
3.Possess current state Manager?s Food Service Sanitation License.
4.Can lift 25 pounds frequently; work on feet 8 hours.
5.Successfully pass a drug-screening test, if required.
6.Legally be able to work in the United States.
7.Desirable; AAS degree or equivalent in culinary or food service management.
