ASSISTANT PASTRY CHEF
Are you looking to take your pastry skills to a whole new and valuable level? Join our Company where we produce all scratch, high end pastry for our 8 stores throughout Manhattan and Long Island.
We are continuing to grow and need 2 Assistant Pastry Chefs for our production bakery in the Bronx,NY. These are full time, salaried positions with full benefits including vacation and 401K. These positions will report to the Executive Pastry Chef, and help direct a crew of 20 full time pastry cooks.
Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years pastry in a busy retail, hotel, or restaurant setting as well as 1-2 years in a leadership capacity.
