High Volume Pan-Latin restaurant located in the heart of San Francisco's Mission District currently seeks an experienced Line Cook. This position has the opportunity for future growth as expansion plans are under development.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years experience in high volume kitchen with an emphasis on regional latin cuisines preferred. The ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
