Requirements:
? Well versed in menu design ? Understands corporate structure ? High volume experience on line production ? P&L savvy; able to diligently cost control labor and food cost ? Extroverted personality to speak confidently with customers as well as to coach and mentor staff ? Consistent career progression ? Excellent references ? Culinary degree is preferred
