Pasty Chef responsible for 1 assistant and all desserts in award-winning Niche Restaurant in St. Louis. Chef/ Owner Gerard Craft is a Food and Wine Best New Chef as well as being a James Beard Award Nominee. Niche is looking for a creative, hard working, and experienced chef who can work well in a team-building atmosphere.
