Position Description:
The Breakers Banquets Team is seeking an organized individual with advanced knowledge of all line stations in the kitchen. The chef brigade will ensure quality preparation, production and plating of food as well as assist with direction and training of other cooks. Excellent communication and decision making skills are essential. The right candidate is friendly and supportive as it relates to hotel policy and culture.
