The Buckhead Life Restaurant Group is seeking a Head Baker for its European style, wholesale and retail bread facility, The Buckhead Bread Company. The Buckhead Bread Company (BBC) has long been established as Atlanta's premier producer of artisanal breads. BBC bakes all of the breads served in the company's twelve concepts as well as other prestigous restaurants and hotels in Atlanta.
**Candidates must have 5 years experience, and a strong background working for quality operations.
