James Beard award winning Chef Ken Oringer celebrates 7 years in operation at his modern sashimi bar Uni. Uni is currently accepting resumes for the Sashimi Bar Chef position. Position will include the following responsibilities: menu development and execution, menu costing, ordering of all seafood items, ability to work in an open kitchen environment and interact with diners as they enjoy their experience at the sashimi bar.
Ideal candidate should have minimum three years of Japanese restaurant experience.
