Clio currently is accepting resumes for a Restaurant Manager position. Position will include the following responsibilities: direct involvement and execution of private events, day to day management of all FOH staff, overseeing restaurant reservations, developing and training new staff members, assisting with the day to day management of the restaurant?s entire beverage program, performing monthly beverage inventories, participation in monthly educational seminars for all FOH staff, scheduling as well as direct involvement and management of Uni Sashimi Bar. Ideal candidate should have minimum three years of restaurant management experience, a genuine interest in food and wine, and the desire to learn from a talented culinary team. Candidate should be prepared to inspire, lead and mentor all FOH staff to provide the highest level of service to all guests.
