|Position Description:||The Inn at Little Washington is looking for an experienced Executive Sous Chef to lead its award winning kitchen team. The successful candidate will be a creative individual with a minimum of three years of fine dining kitchen experience in a supervisory role. This individual must demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask. This candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the kitchen operation including the supervision and training of over 30 staff members, food purchasing, inventory and labor control.|
