Responsibilities: The Tournant is responsible for the preparation and execution of food in the outlet, L?Atelier de Joel Robuchon.
Requirements: The candidate must have three to four years previous culinary experience in a luxury operation. Culinary degree is required and knowledge of French cooking and technique are preferred.
