|Position Description:||Houston Country Club, one of the premiere clubs in the nation, is seeking experienced and ambitious Garde-Manger ,Banquet and Restaurant sous-chefs. These individuals must posses strong work ethics, be hard working , professional ,up to date in the culinary field and have a proven record of leadership and accomplishment.|
The ideal candidates will be able to lead by example and have the ability to motivate and coach young peope. They Must have strong business, cooking and human relation skills and be hands on. They must also be graduates of reputed culinary programs and have at least 3 to 5 years of sous-chef / supervisory experience at a top quality hotel, restaurant or club.They must be able to provide verifiable experiences and track record. This is high volume but top quality kitchen and has been the training grounds for many Successful chefs and culinarians. our passion is provding great food and service for our guests while continually looking for smarter ways to work and grow. Working knoledge of popular computer programs is required.
