Trellis Restaurant located inside the four diamond Heathman Hotel in Kirkland, WA is looking for a Sous Chef to join our management and culinary team. The farm to table menus at Trellis are inspired by what Executive Chef Brian Scheehser selects from the hand tended produce he grows on his five-acre farm 1.5 miles from the restaurant. The menu at Trellis evolves with the seasons, always using the best of the current harvest as a foundation.
