Located in the magnificent, manor-style Inn at Perry Cabin;Sherwood's Landing restaurant currently seeks an experienced Line Cook to round out its kitchen staff of culinary professionals who are at the top of their field.
Responsibilities: Plan, prep, set up work line and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchen/hotel; must know all main line and be bale to work with all meast and fish. Must have the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management. Must have a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
