ABOUT THE JOB Reporting to the Executive Chef, this position supervises and participates in culinary operations during an assigned shift, opens and/or closes the kitchen, prepares weekly specials, trains and works with kitchen staff to ensure all items meet quality specifications, and participates in ordering, inventory and other administrative functions.
ABOUT THE QUALIFICATIONS We prefer energetic, passionate individuals with at least 1-2 years prior experience as a culinary supervisor or Sous Chef in an upscale/fine dining restaurant. Candidates must also have a strong service focus, positive attitude, willingness to learn and get involved and basic computer/POS skills.
