|Position Description:||Home Hill Inn is a gorgeous 25 acre property committed fresh, seasonal, local cuisine. We are just a few doors down form the local dairy and farms. Upscale style food in a warm relaxing country setting. Award Winning Restaurant and Inn. Many items are made in house; Sausages, cured meats, gravlax, breads, ice creams, cheeses and more.|
Currently seeking garde manger, prep and pastry cooks to round out its kitchen staff of culinary professionals who are at the top of their field.
Plan, prep, set up and provide quality service in all areas of food production in accordance with guided specifications while maintaining organization, cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment.
Minimum 2 years of similar experience in high-end kitchens or the equivalent, the ability to communicate clearly and efficiently with co-workers, guests, and executive management, a love for food, a passion for cooking, and a dedicated work ethic.
