Upscale, European-style chocolaterie and patisserie in Boston is looking for a driven, hard-working, creative pastry chef with extensive experience with chocolate. You would be trained to make our high-quality bon bons and would also be responsible for producing our European-style pastries and confections such as pralines, truffles, macaroons, eclairs, etc. We are looking for someone with extensive pastry and chocolate experience who will support us in our concept and who is comfortable with the public.
Aroa is a chocolaterie/patisserie located in Boston. The pilot store opened in 2008, launching the vision and mission which is to produce handmade bonbons, truffles, pralines, pastries fashioned in the European tradition for reatil slaes and wholesale. The plan is to continue with additional store openings beginning in 2010.
