|Position Description:||The French Laundry, Thomas Keller?s highly acclaimed Yountville restaurant, seeks a Pastry sous Chef. Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of experience, with increasing levels of responsibility, in a fine dining environment. |
This position will produce all items served out of the TFL pastry kitchen. Will be responsible for all the plated desserts, sorbets, chocolates, petit fours. In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability and drive to learn and contribute.
