Under the direction of the Executive Sous Chef, the incumbent - on a daily basis, consults with the Executive Chef and the Executive Sous Chef regarding recipes, staff, menus, preparation and presentation of food.
Culinary Arts degree preferred with five to seven years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef preferred. This position requires frequently standing and walking.
