STARR Restaurants is currently seeking experienced Sous Chefs to join our BOH teams in Philadelphia and Atlantic City!
Qualified candidates will have: - A minimum of two years experience as a Sous Chef - High volume experience working as a Sous Chef in a restaurant exceeding $5 million in annual sales - Experience leading a team of at least 20 BOH employees in a full service restaurant - Open availability for day, evening, late night and weekend shifts - The culinary acumen to create innovative food, train and develop BOH employees and work as a liaison with the FOH team
