Domaine Chandon is currently seeking a Restaurant General Manager to create a world-class wine and food experience at ?toile Restaurant in order to elevate the perception of the Domaine Chandon and Newton brands among our target consumers.
Main responsibilities include:
- Strategically manage the restaurant with the objective of generating sustainable positive operating profit - Oversee daily restaurant operations with the goal of ensuring continuity of the guest experience - Proactively manage the staff at ?toile with the objective of creating a high performing, collaborative team in both the front and back of the house - Direct the qualitative guest experience of the restaurant with the objective of achieving a positive Michelin Guide review
Education: College Education Required
Professional experience & know how: At least 5 years of fine dining restaurant management experience
Technical & management skills: Basic analysis skills and ability to read and analyze a P&L, Demonstrated cost containment due to the above skill
Personal & interpersonal skills: Strong leader, good communication skills, integrity, ability to manage multiple priorities
