Executive Chef must be Spanish native and/or be fluent in the vocabulary of traditional and modern Spanish cuisine. Spanish as in from Spain. We are looking for the ability to create classic Spanish dishes as well as modern takes. Spanish as in from Spain. The restaurant is 100% Spanish and is one of the top restaurants in the city.
