We are a family owned company looking for an experienced manager interested in taking charge of a boutique bake shop and of their own career. We our a successful business that is recognized as one of LA's top 20 Bakeries by Los Angeles Magazine 2009, viewed on the Martha Stewart Show, Dr. Phil Show, Food Network and featured in the NY York Times and Bon Appetite Magazine.

We are looking for a manager who has three-five years of restaurant/bakery management experience, is skilled at driving sales by working in a team environment and motivating people in a positive way.
Skills Required: -Team Management -Food Service, Retail Service and Customer Service -Prior profit and loss responsibility is highly desirable for this position -Office Management, invoicing, food costing, and food quality control experience mandatory -Increase in team sales quarterly -Being able to communicate with customers, clients, and vendors in person, over the phone and by email essential -Computer Skills Required -Prior Catering Experience Preferred
