Position Description:
Sous Chef---Calistoga Ranch (Napa Valley)Individual will be responsible for insuring proper execution of restaurant operations. Organizes and conducts meetings with the kitchen and service teams. Monitors kitchen teams performance, product quality and production flow. Maintains orders and organizes inventory for multiple outlets. Ensures kitchen is in compliance with health, safety and sanitation standards. Train, supervises and assists in evaluating staff.
