The Sous Chef will be responsible for food quality, customer satisfaction, training, kitchen cleanliness, and a safe working environment. The Sous Chef is accountable for food quality and the timing of food, food presentation, and the cleanliness of the kitchen. They maybe required to help support departments, namely stewarding, banquets & receiving.
