Position Description:
Bacchus Management Group (The Village Pub, Spruce, Pizza Antica, Mayfield Bakery & Cafe) seeks a dynamic and experienced fine dining General Manager for Spruce Park City. Spruce will be located in the new Waldorf-Astoria project, Dakota Mountain Lodge, in Park City, Utah; and is slated to open in mid-July 2009.
Ideal candidate will possess 3-5 years of fine dining General Manager experience. Candidate must be passionate for top-notch service, experienced in hospitality and extremely knowledgeable in fine dining cuisine and wine. Must be creative, self-motivated, highly energetic and hands-on.
Responsibilities include: day-to-day restaurant operations, including dining room management, staffing, scheduling, food and beverage controls, labor and forecasting. Must be able to demonstrate leadership; and develop & maintain working relationship with staff in FOH as well as BOH. Must possess strong knowledge of P&L, MS Office, and proficiency in POS systems.
