Position Description:
Chef de Cuisine for very small but busy restaurant. Looking for a highly motivated and hard working individual. Must be self-motivated and have the integrity to put out top quality products from amuse to dessert every time. There is a small staff so you will be cooking every day, which helps you define your style of cooking. Experience in the molecular food movement is not required, but highly desired. There are no limitations as far as food and budget goes. Regardless to say your food needs to be outstanding.
