Upscale Texas Inn (AAA Four Diamond/Select Registry property)in the middle of the popular Texas hill Country seeks an experienced chef de cuisine/sous chef for our night-time fine dining restaurant, which has been featured in numerous major publications, including Gourmet and Wine Spectator. Our restaurant is open to both our overnight guests and the public. This is a small restaurant with an emphasis on quality, service, and great product. The Texas hill country is one hour from San Antonio and one hour from Austin and is a beautiful place to live and work with no crime, no traffic, great weather, and a great place to raise your kids. We are looking for someone who wants to cook and create - not for someone to do paperwork, supervise, or manage. We need a non-smoker and someone who is able to work independently.
