|Position Description:||Style, visual excellence and a passion for being the best are the primary requirements. Most responsibility will be hands-on support to the cold side of the line , with some support to the hot side.|
The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree, 1-3 years experience in a quality high volume operation with experience in all new culinary trends.
You must be able to articulate and demonstrate your imagination and ability to create the finest in visual presentations and preparations of salads, hors d'oeuvres, pates, and love for seafood.
A focused and wild imagination mind set are essential. We are a respectful team environment that demands a professional attitude!
