|Position Description:||Position: Permanent, full-time sales administration manager for the foodservice division.|
Reports to: Vice President - Foodservice
Start Date: February 2009
Assist Vice President - Foodservice by:
Being the primary contact, in and out, for our in house and independent sales representatives. This involves providing information, sample requests and support when asked but also proactive management of the flow of contact to create opportunities for the sales people to succeed.
Total customer support by ensuring that our Customer Service department is enabled to and supporting our customers and also by personal involvement with our customers when appropriate.
Maintaining customer database in Act!; entering sales leads, setting up new customer information and creating periodic reports to measure performance and support sales.
Attending and assisting at trade shows; occasional travel
B.A./B.S. in relevant field.
Entry manager level position in a sales-oriented organization. Must be PC-proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and ACT! database software.
Candidates must be confident, self-starting, attentive to details, and career-
oriented professionals with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Looking for a candidate that would:
