Seeking a trained individual with a positive attitude, a passion for excellence, and enormous personal discipline. Serving dinner six nights a week to appreciative, upscale guests, who also enjoy room service breakfasts and lunches. Your desire to live and work in a non-urban environment is key.

- Preparing and working dinner service
- All product ordering and inventory
- Ability to carry out oral and written instructions
- Maintain superior cleanliness in kitchen and storage areas
- Organizing and instructing kitchen staff
- Additional duties as needed
