|Position Description:||The Water Grill, in downtown Los Angeles, is seeking a top Pastry Chef to join our team. The position will evolve over time to include multi-restaurant management. |
The Pastry Chef will participate in dessert development of up to 5 restaurants within the King Signature Group.
Pastry Chefs who possess the following are asked to apply:
* 3 years minimum Pastry Chef experience in a top rated (Zagat/LA Times/NY Times) restaurant
* 2 years Dessert and Menu development responsibility
* Proven track record of successful product costing and financial responsibility
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence others
* High level of energy, enthusiasm and integrity
* Culinary Arts degree preferred
Salary commensurate with experience. 401(k), health insurance, bonus program, and tuition reimbursement are just some of the incentives for our management team.
