Position Description:
An established restaurant in the Downtown DC area is currently hiring an experienced kitchen manager. Our candidate must have extremely high service and quality standards and adhering to daily checklists. Must be experienced in managing a kitchen including cost controls, ordering, and the ability to successfully coordinate staff in high volume and time sensitive environments. Must possess leadership qualities, professionally polished, strong work ethic, and highly driven. This candidate will be working on the line on a daily basisin addition to thier managerial tasks.
