Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the dessert production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the restaurant. Develop new dessert menus for banquets, as well as other resort outlets, which include five full service restaurants. A minimum of five years in the pastry field is required. And a degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. This position reports to the chef de cuisine.
