The ideal candidate should have a culinary degree, 3-5 years progressive experience in a quality high volume operation with experience in all new culinary trends.
You must be able to articulate and demonstrate your imagination and ability to create the finest in visual presentations and preparations of salads, hors d'oeuvers, crudite, etc. Ice carving ability is a plus!!!
