Position Description:
Lead, train and inspect the performance of In-Room Dining staff, ensuring that all procedures are followed to the hotel's standards. Ensure optimal service to guests. Experience: Must have 2 years experience as a Food and Beverage Assistant Manager. Must be able to exert physical effort in transporting food and equipment. Organized, good eye for detail. Able to work under pressure during high service demand. Lifting required. Quality driven. Caring, positive, and focused. Ability to lead a diverse team in a 24 hour operation. EOE M/F/D/
