Position Description:
The Captain Position that is currently available at a contemporary Italian restaurant under General Manger Joshua Liberman, who was previously with the Michael Mina Group.
This position requires an extensive knowledge of wine, mixology, and service. We are looking for a candidate that is involved with the Court of Master Sommeliers or is proficient in wine and spirits knowledge. Employees with work experience in fine dining and or Michelin/Mobil/AAA rated outlets will only be considered.
