Position Description:
Minimum 5 years FandB experience, preferably 5 star level and 3 years in Bar Management experience. Some culinary experience is an added advantage. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Excellent organization skills. Strong ability to raise service standards through training and motivation. Ability to provide the finest guest dining experience while leading a highly motivated and guest-service focused team. Must be able to lift minimum of 30 lbs.Responsible for successful operation of the Buffalo Bar and Pool Bar areas according to Ritz- Carlton standard. Maintain knowledge and comply with all policies and procedures for all Food and Beverage outlets. Assists with training and supervision of employees.Must have knowledge of bar/lounge service, various drink recipes and beverage service standards. Experience: Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Bar Manager/ Supervisor required. EOE M/F/D
