Position Description:
BUDDAKAN in Old City is currently seeking a Chef de Cuisine!
Qualified candidates will have: - A minimum of 2 years of Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine experience in a high volume, full-service Asian restaurant - The ability to oversee a staff of 20 BOH employees as well as the skills to work the line when needed - The culinary acumen to create innovative food, train and develop BOH employees and work as a liaison with the FOH team
