Position Description:Must possess strong culinary skills in cold preparations, ice carving, buffet presentation. An eye for detail and an artistic flair. Ensure the quality preparation of all menu items. Must understand the fundamentals of food and labor cost controls. Ensure the proper handling / storage of all food items in accordance with hotel standards and sanitation/health regulations. Experience: Must have 3 years experience in 4 or 5 Star hotel. Education: Culinary qualification preferred. Lifting required. EOE M/F/D/
