Restaurant Associates is currently looking for an Executive Chef for the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York City. This is a $16 Million operation, long-term contract that includes three cafes, one fine-dining restaurant, upscale on-premise catering service and various satellite operations.

? Responsible for Labor Cost of all BOH staff.
? Management of all Sous Chefs.
? Oversee all unit production and planning for special events and High-end catering
? Closely supervise ordering of food, steward position and all food cost issues.
Responsible for sanitation through-out the unit
? Proven record of success in high quality culinary arts (taste, trends, style and presentation)
? At least 3 years in an executive chef position with high-volume production and menu planning.
? Strong management skills to train, develop and supervise 50+ culinary employees/ 4 Sous Chefs, Purchasing/BOH Manager and Pastry Chef.
? Full understanding of food service P and L
? Culinary Degree.
