We will soon be opening a second Nicola?s Ristorante in the prestigious Preston Center in Dallas and have begun a nationwide search for a talented Executive Chef who is excited by Rustica Italian cuisine. This is a bellisimo opportunity for the right chef with the right experience managing the kitchen in a high volume, upscale Northern Italian restaurant. Requirements:
? Italian heritage and speaks fluent Italian ? Experience working in a reputable Italian restaurant ? Spanish speaking is a plus ? 5+ years of Executive Chef experience ? Understands corporate structure ? Menu development ? Able to oversee menu changes and cost out product ? High volume experience on line production ? P&L savvy; able to diligently cost control labor and food cost ? Extroverted personality to coach and mentor staff, as well as to speak confidently with customers ? Excellent references
