Position Description:
Blue Hill, located in New York's Greenwich Village, is seeking experienced line cooks . Strong knife skills, culinary school or some restaurant experience preferred. Blue Hill has received three-stars from the New York Times, 1 Michelin star, and Executive Chef/Owner Dan Barber was awarded Best Chef, New York City by the James Beard Foundation in the spring of 2006.
Ideal candidates must have a passion for innovative, ingredient-driven cuisine, and an outstanding work ethic.
