Position Description:
Supervise, participate, coordinate, direct and administer all phases of the food production in order to maximize profit and maintain high standards and quality for the pastry shop. Develop new dessert menus for banquets, as well as Main Dining Room. A minimum of two years in the pastry field is required. A degree from a post-secondary culinary arts program is preferred. Ability to do decorative showpieces for buffets is also desirable. This position reports to the executive pastry chef.
