Candidate should be highly skilled in all aspects of culinary trade and be creative and abreast of current culinary trends for this 3 star Chicago Tribune, fine dining restaurant. Fine dining experience a must. Additionally, the candidate must be a strong leader, energetic and uncompromising towards high standards in cuisine. Pastry knowledge a plus. Under supervision of Executive Chef, the candidate will be responsible for menu development, scheduling, purchasing and supervision.
