Opportunity to join a highly regarded restaurant group with six chef-focused restaurants that include a Spanish tapas restaurant, an upscale seafood restaurant, and an Italian wine and panini bar.
Candidate would ideally have experience and passion for Japanese food/culture. Must be a leader willing to work in a group atmosphere and foster professionalism. Candidate will lead a team that guides the evolution of this restaurant, while maintaining the integrity and reputation of the core concept.
