Responsibilities include: full management aspect, hiring new staff, cost control of beverages, wines, linens, silverware and china ware.This person must have the knowledge and the skill to train the staff for a perfect understanding of the service and all related items.
Computer literate a must to generated daily ,weekly and monthly reports and any related forms to run the business.
A solid understanding on wine and spirits . Ability to satisfied customer need for special function.
Long working day and high pressure job.
