THE PASTRY CHEF WILL BE EXPECTED TO DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PASTRY MENUS FOR ALL OPERATING RESTAURANTS. AS WELL, IS EXPECTED TO OVER-SEE THE PRODUCTION AND EXECUTION OF DESSERTS FOR EACH INDIVIDUAL RESTAURANT AND ALL SPECIAL EVENTS.
