The Mobil five-star/AAA five-diamond Four Seasons Hotel Chicago is looking for a Restaurant Chef for Seasons Restaurant to join our award-winning team of employees. This Five Diamond restaurant is seeking a dynamically creative individual with a strong culinary background, solid leadership skills and a passionate commitment to the craft. The position is a PM shift focusing on a la carte service to all outlets of the Hotel. Excellent benefits and salary package. Individuals interested should be fully immersed in the current North American dining scene and solid with classic and contemporary techniques, as well as product and equipment. We are looking for someone who loves cooking and is excited to come to work everyday.
