Position Description:
The Chef is responsible for the overall culinary operation , assuring consistent high quality standards, following the budget food costs and operating income for each outlet, and maintaining the kitchen to adhere to company and health department guidelines. Requires a minimum of three years culinary experience in a supervisory position and extensive knowledge of diverse cooking styles and techniques. Accurate knife skills, knowledge of a second language, culinary training or degree, and proficiency with MS Office is preferred, but not required.
